Event Description

Engineers are changing the IP networks and DNS records for some of our Exchange servers to improve performance and reliability as part of our ongoing improvement strategies.

Customers should be able to reconnect to their exchange email service after approximately 30 minutes. Due to DNS changes customers may need to reboot their computers, modem or mobile device if connectivity is not restored after 60 minutes.
