Event Description¶

Management agent softwares on a virtual host have become unresponsive. Connectivity or management of some virtual machines is currently unavailable.

Event Update¶

19/10/14 2:00 AM - The virtual host server management functions appears unrecoverable, and VMs are unable to be moved to an alternative host at this time. Technicians have scheduled a reset of the host at 19 October 2014 at 2:30 AM to recover the VM management. Some virtual machines will go offline and then be restarted. Where possible technicians will shutdown VMs manually.

19/10/14 05:15 AM - VM Management functions were able to be recovered and VMS were live migrated or restarted successfully. Webvault technicians will follow up with the software vendor concerning the issue.
