29/10/2019 1:50 PM GMT+8 - Partial network service has been restored. We are waiting on confirmation of repair to close off this outage event. Further updates provided when received.

29/10/2019 2:04 PM GMT+8 - We have received confirmation that the faulty equipment has been replaced. Impacted services are now restored.
