Event Description
One of our NAT termination routers has failed due to power failure. This has affected some NAT cloud services, Layer 2 ADSL services and Co-location services.
Event Update
7:00 AM - Technician enroute to investigate the issue.
7:40 AM - NAT router has been brought back online.
7:50 AM - Technician has found a power feed issue at the data centre and have bypassed it for affected devices while we wait for repairs.
