Event Description

Our Perth clusters are having storage connectivity issues. Technicians are attempting to diagnose the problem with the SAN storage systems.

Event Update

4:00 PM - Please note our helpdesk is taking a large number of calls, we are unable to answer every call. We apologise for the inconvenience.

4:05 PM - Technicians are attempting to restore service to priority services (email & voice). We hope this will be online within the hour. We will advise further updates on this website.

5:24 PM - Voice services have now been restored. We anticipate restoring email flow by around 6 PM. Technicians are still diagnosing the SAN storage issues and hope to attempt loading some VMs from one of the available SAN storage nodes at around 6:30-7PM.

5:40 PM - We have extended our helpdesk hours tonight and a support operator will be working to attend to calls on 1300 139 927. Due to high call volumes we may be unable to attend to every call.

7:27 PM - Technicians are trying to determine the nature of the fault with the SAN which is delaying the restoration of services. We want to ensure that data restored to services are intact and reliable.

8:40 PM - Email services have now been restored. Technicians are now working on getting other priority services back online.

3:00 AM - VM Services have been restored. Customers with self managed services may need to turn on their VMS using their IAAS Vsphere management consoles.

5:00 AM - A full report of the issue will be published once our software or hardware vendors have fully diagnosed the issue.
