Event Description
A software issue with VMware ESXi on a particular host has seem some customer VMs to go offline. Our technician believes the fault to be related to the HBA driver stack on the host becoming unstable due to our recent storage outage and follow on restoration operations. The host was was recovered and the VMs restored to service. We do not believe it to be a significant fault with the unit but it is being monitored.
